Obituary of Pierre A Theophile

Pierre Antoine Theophile was born on May 10, 1948 to Harre Ciuse Theophile and Nelsonise Augustin in Ducla, Haiti. Pierre Antoine was the 6th child out of 13. He grew up to be an individual who assisted his father and family members with maintaining the family’s agricultural farm. Pierre enjoyed riding his bicycle and spending time with his loved ones in Haiti. Pierre was respected by his peers and siblings alike. He was approachable and likable. Pierre completed his educational career in Haiti prior to migrating to the United States in 1981. He migrated leaving behind three children and countless loved ones to join his older brother Yves in search of a quality life for his family. While in the United States, Pierre Antoine had three additional children and worked various jobs to provide for his family. After the untimely death of his wife in 1996, Pierre Antoine began to search for answers and found God, which led him to pursue the Jehovah Witness faith. Pierre dedicated himself to studying and sharing the word of God with and to others. He enjoyed reading and studying the Bible. In 2003, he retired from Frigidaire Company and moved to Florida. Pierre Antoine remarried in March of 2013 to Marie Jeannine Pierre. He was a wonderful husband and a caring dad. Pierre Antoine prioritized God, family, and friends. He drew his strength from his priorities and the legacy he created. He was a peacemaker who saw the best in others. He never turned away those that came to him in need. He was generous with his provisions and the word of God. He is remembered for his kind and friendly mannerisms, generosity, and love for God. Pierre Antoine is survived by his wife Marie Jeannine P. Theophile. Children (Edruige Theophile-Wife, Marie Nicole Joseph Theophile, Ronel Theophile, Darline Theophile-Phinn-Husband, Andy Phinn, Leslie Theophile-Wife Danielle Toaltan-Theophile, Ashley Theophile, Peterson Theophile). Three brothers (Jean Claude Theophile, Yves Theophile, and Vernet Theophile) and four sisters (Claudette Theophile Matheu, Marie Lula Theophile Ceus, Nelcia Theophile, and Derniela Theophile). Eight grandchildren (Vladhimir Theophile, Edruige Jr. Theophile, Makael Devon Theophile, Khaleel Theophile, M’kayla Theophile, Aidyn Josiah Phinn, Adrielle Sylvena Phinn and Mason William Theophile) along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, step-daughters, close friends and brothers and sisters of his congregation that will miss him greatly. Pierre Antoine Theophile, 74, passed away peacefully the morning of May 2, 2023 after a long battle with cancer.
